This actively managed exchange-traded fund (ETF), employing an "enhanced cash strategy," aims to achieve its investment objectives by primarily allocating at least 80% of its net assets to high-quality debt instruments. Under typical market conditions, these holdings consist of U.S. dollar-denominated fixed-rate and floating-rate bonds and other debt securities that meet investment-grade criteria. The fund generally seeks to maintain a portfolio with a dollar-weighted average maturity of less than two years and a dollar-weighted average duration of under one year. It is important to note that the fund operates as a non-diversified entity.
