Currently, CCP manages over 246,000 square meters of operational leasable space. Drawing on more than 17 years of industry expertise, the company was established in 2007, spinning off from Cyrela Brazil Realty's commercial property division. This extensive experience has consistently yielded strong financial outcomes, characterized by both sustained expansion and substantial profitability, which directly contribute to low vacancy rates and robust returns. Listed on the B3's Novo Mercado Special Corporate Governance Segment under the symbol CCPR3, CCP is committed to adhering to the highest standards of corporate governance for the benefit of all its stakeholders.
